REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Due to the nature of the comprehensive services we provide, “WE STRICTLY DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REFUND OR CANCELLATION.” Payments once made will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- We reserve the right to postpone/ cancel a course or service because of insufficient enrollments, instructors’ non-availability, or natural/ political calamities. In case Eficaz 7 cancels a training programme or educational service, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate. If a cancellation is done by a registered candidate of a course or a service, no refunds will be initiated.
